Upon returning to retrieve a forgotten item, the staff not only located and returned it promptly but also ensured it was done so with a friendly smile. The room's ironing facilities came in handy for refreshing my clothes after a day of exploring, while the cozy electric blankets made for a perfect night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils allowed me to prepare a hot cup of tea whenever desired. The thoughtful attention to detail in providing these conveniences truly made my stay exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future.
